Bay filly by BLUE POINT ex Norway Cross (Cape Cross)(Trainer: Hughie Morrison, East Ilsley)
We were delighted to buy this gorgeous filly by BLUE POINT at Tattersalls Book Two. As the leading first season sire of 2023, Blue Point progeny were very popular at the sales and she was much sought after with a lot of good judges going into the run for her.
This filly was a real stand-out for me. We were struck by her loose-limbed, good, athletic & active walk and her lovely temperament. She looks a two-year-old, but her physique suggests she will keep improving with time. She has a good black-type pedigree and her dam is by Cape Cross, a broodmare sire we hold in very high regard. Two Group One horses, Tarnawa and Emaraaty Ana are both out of Cape Cross mares and are bred along very similar lines to our filly.
Blue Wonder is in training with Hughie Morrison in East Ilsley who is very pleased with how she is progressing.
