Bay filly by ACCLAMATION ex Marisol (Teofilio)

We bought this attractive, scopey filly at Tattersalls. We were really pleased to secure this daughter of the great sire of sires ACCLAMATION. RING THAT BELL is bred along very similar lines to last season’s 1000 Guineas winner Cachet, who is by ACCLAMATION’s son Aclaim and also out of a mare by Teofilio. As well as Aclaim, ACCLAMATION has been responsible for the top sires, Dark Angel, Mehmas & Expert Eye. He has also produced the very speedy and multiple Group One filly, Marsha. The dam of our filly, Marisol, is a full sister to the smart stakes winner Arod and the family is packed with Black Type performers. This filly has a great walk, a lovely demeanour and it was her athleticism and kind eye that really attracted us to her. RING THAT BELL is in training with Hughie Morrison, who has been very successful for Thurloe over the years. He not only trained our classy filly, Ruby Rocket, but also our very classy sprinter & Royal Ascot winner Baltic King.

She is 1 of 3 horses in the Thurloe for Royal Marsden Cancer Charity II Syndicate where 15% of winnings will be going to the Charity.
