TALENT TO AMUSE MAKES A WINNING DEBUT
Talent To Amuse traveled to Stratford on Saturday for her first experience over the jumps. Having waited for the right race with the right ground, it was a beautiful day at the Warwickshire racecourse and Talent looked a picture which won her the Best Turned Out prize.
She went off second favourite behind hot favourite, Apache Song who set a brisk gallop from the off. Talent To Amuse traveled well behind the leader, settling nicely and popping over the hurdles with vigor. Coming to the second last, Talent To Amuse cruised up to join the leaderĀ and went away from the challenger. Talent To Amuse went on to win by a comfortable five lengths which was a thrilling first time out display. Her jockey, Daryl Jacob, was very pleased with her attitude and emphasised what a lovely mare she is.
It was brilliant to see her enjoy her first visit to the jumps racecourse and we will look forward to making plans for her during the Spring.
