SCARPETA DECLARED TO RUN IN CORAL CUP

Willie Mullins has declared Scarpeta to run in Wednesday’s Coral Cup at Cheltenham over 2 miles 5 furlongs. He’s set to carry 11 stone 10lb.

Danny Mullins who rode him last year at Cheltenham will ride him. Willie is putting cheekpieces on him, hoping to sharpen up his jumping and increase his concentration in general.

It is a very competitive handicap with 26 runners, but Scarpeta will enjoy the forecast rain and ran his best race at the festival last year.
