CASCADING
Cascading put up a fine display on her three year old debut when finishing second at Newbury last week. In what looked to be a pretty competitive maiden fillies stakes, filled with fillies with high class pedigrees, Cascading really did her self proud. She led the field throughout the majority of the race and was only challenged by the eventual winner, Inchilia, whom went onto win by a length and a half. Cascading rallied when the winner came to her and stayed on to finish three quarters of a length in front of John Gosden’s Criteria. We were thrilled with Cascading whom showed a lot of encouragement for her first race of the season.
